Opened to the public in 1994, located 3290 Third Avenue in Mankato, the Demfill accepts demolition debris for land filling.
No Household Garbage Accepted.
In 1995 the new Recycling Facility for new construction and remodeling debris was opened.
This facility is open year around with reduced hours in the winter.
**Clean concrete and asphalt for recycling may be dumped at the Pilgrims Quarry located on Third Avenue one mile north of Hwy 14 and Third Avenue Intersection.
